Jeff Palmer
Council Member
Jeff Palmer is currently the statistics group head leading
early clinical development in rare diseases at Pfizer. Prior
to Pfizer he had worked for over ten years with various other
pharma and consulting companies, most recently as the group
head of statistics in neurology at Sanofi. Jeff received
his MS in statistics from the University of Chicago and
conducted his doctoral research in statistics at Carnegie
Mellon University. Jeff has been actively involved with
the New England Rare Disease Statistics Conference since
its inception, and has served as the organizing
committee chair for the past two years.
