Ying Zhou

Ying Zhou is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Statistics at the University of Connecticut. She received her Ph.D. in Statistics from the University of Toronto in 2023 and then completed a postdoctoral fellowship at the University of Pennsylvania from 2023 to 2024. Prior to that, she obtained a B.S. in Mathematics and a B.A. in Economics from Wuhan University, as well as an M.A. in Mathematics of Finance from Columbia University. Her research focuses on developing and advancing causal inference methodologies and theories, with applications spanning biomedicine, education, and economics.
