The goal of the program is to connect members of NESS who are newer to the field of statistics and data science with mentors who are more experienced in industry and/or academia.

Am I eligible?
All members of NESS at any stage in his or her career are encouraged to participate in the mentorship program.
How will mentors be matched?
Mentors and mentees will be assigned in pairs. These pairs will be based on past experiences and future aspirations.
How do I participate?
The first step is to sign up below! You can opt to serve as a mentor, a mentee, or both.
After you are matched with a mentor/mentee, you will receive an email notification. You and your mentor/mentee can work out how often you would like to meet. Meetings can be in person or over Skype.
